1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 1 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Domestic Shipping (Australia): 'Standard' $12.  'On Us' when the order is over $150. 'Express postage' $18

International Shipping: $25

Note: Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and destination. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.

3. Delivery Estimates

Domestic Orders: Delivery times range from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, typically between 3 to 14 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for delivery.

International Restrictions: Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local regulations. Customers will be notified if their order cannot be fulfilled.
